You can try with a Speed boost baton passer to star with mayor speed or a Stockpile Drifblim with substitute to achieve a successful Dragon Dance? :)

That's all I can think in this minute >_<
Why be the first if you can be the fifth or twelfth?

with dragon dance you could use waterfall, ice punch and crunch so you use its attack capabilities more. Possibly with a life orb to add additional power?

oh k,
Mega Heracross? Mega horn= has 85 accuracy but 120 power, Seismic Toss (if high level), Night Slash, maybe chip away? with adamant nature

Mega Ampharos?- maybe mega maybe not- signal beam, dragon pulse, thunderbolt, power gem

either mega gets a boost to their respective atk/ sp. at stats anyway by about 100 at the maximum limit

Modest Gardevoir - as it is with Moonblast, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball and Psychic

Aegislash with: Sacred Sword, Kings Shield, Iron Head, Shadow Claw/ Maybe- Head Smash

Porygon-Z with Dark Pulse, Tri Attack, Maybe Conversion?, Substitute? Recover?

I don't know if any of these ideas will be usefu to you= personally I'm more of an full ou attack the opposition sort of trainer so I don't really use stat change or status infliction moves that much but feel free to adapt these ideas if you chose to use them as you please

Summary:  Team-

Feraligatr                    Poss- Mega Heracross
Poss-mega Ampharos  Gardevoir
Aegislash                   Porygon- Z

Mega Sceptile is best partner so it looks like you will be making an UU team. You will also need some conditions as to kill some threats or put up rocks for focus sashers so a Fortress will be best cause setup like a baws. That looks like a good core but to further inhance it, go Arcanine so you could get fire/water/grass Mandibuzz could also help Feraligatr with a tailwind so it could help its speed before some DDs and to finish it off go Heliosk as a fast revenge killer

A HardCore man is useless without HardCore qualities.
