Well if you don't want Terralion, you don't mind a (potentially) lower speed and one type clash, You could use Rhyperior. It has very good attacking stats and with the ability Rock Head (prevents recoil damage) it can use moves like Double Edge to maximum effectiveness causing a lot of damage with its high attack (both the pokemon and move) but without all the annoying recoil damage

edit: Rhyhorn is the one with accsess to rock head. Reckless could be a good ability then or if you want to go with Rhyperior, the ability of Solid Rock is good (a lot of things beat Lightning Rod on a ground type) since it raises the damage of super effective moves. That combined perhaps with an expert belt or life orb can cause a lot of damage.

Moves you could go with are Drill run ( 80 power, 95 accuracy high crit rate), Rock Wrecker (150 power, 90 accuracy, user must rest a turn) or Megahorn (120 power, 85 accuracy)
