all I get is a little black box. can't even crop the picture because it doesn't show up. help?

I've tried different browsers and it doesn't work. I've tried refreshing the page and that doesn't work either. what can I do?

Chrome does frequent updates, and the other two I never had a good experience with. Well, I pmed Cake, and we will see what is the core of the issue
