Bought Game Question

Thinking of buying an Omega Ruby game off this site but few questions before hand.

1.Will the pokemon be able to be transfered to Poke Bank?
2. Are they battle worthy? Meaning are the moves good and IV/Nature?
3. Do i need to request what country i live in? I Live in the US and unsure if this would make any thing difficult. That may be the weird question but still unsure if its an issue.

They will be able to be transfered through Pokebank.

About battle readiness or country, I suggest you PM Cake directly.

Battle Ready: All IVs are perfect. Nature depends. Good for breeding rather than battle I think.
