Omega ruby unlocked questions

hi im interested in buying the unlocked OR game, but i want to use my own save file or pokemon from my save file. Since i updated my 3ds xl to current firmware i cant modify my pokemon anymore like i used to. But i do have my last save i was using in PKhex. Also can you guys keep some forms of pokemon in the pc? like have the white kyruem and black kyruem in the pc without having it spilt apart into two different pokemon? also keep alternate forms of pokemon like shaymin in sky form without the flower thingy.

these are my questions and it would be great if someone could tell me ASAP!
