Order questions

Hi, I tried contacting Cake several times in the last month but got no answer. If anyone could answer these questions for me, I would be very grateful.

Is it ok to just send the game cards?
Would all the Pokemon I edited be transferable to other games in that generation?
Is it possible to send the games from the UK and then Cake sending them to the US, please?
How long does it take for the games to be sent back?

Edit: Forgot to mention that I am looking at getting HeartGold and Black 2 done.

Cake is in Japan, which may make it hard to do it via phone call. I believe you'd send it straight to the USA because that's where Cake used to live a few years a go and where Pokedit stores all of its stuff (and "headquartered"). He's normally good with the discord (atleast in the store channel of the discord) but I can't gurantee anything.
