open and edit pkm file

hope you all good and having fun

actually i have one online mobile game and i have search the web to find a way to open .pkm files but i couldn't and all searching links take me here but unfortunately Pokemon tools will not support my game files.

i hope if anyone can help me to know a way to open these files and edit it or in which code even if i can create my own tool.

It sounds like you want a way to edit your save file on your mobile device. Currently I know of no way to do so.

You can edit the save file directly on your 3DS with an app if you're using custom firmware or you can edit the file on a PC or mac using PKHeX.
