Well since you guys posted you're teams here's one of the best teams I've made so far, my mono grass team.
Ludicolo @ Leftovers
Ability: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Rain Dance
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Scald

Cradily @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Suction Cups
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Recover
- Rock Slide
- Toxic

Rotom-Mow @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Trick
- Leaf Storm
- Thunderbolt

Serperior @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Taunt

Breloom @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Mach Punch
- Rock Tomb

Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 216 Atk / 180 Def / 36 SpA / 76 SpD
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Earthquake

The biggest mistake you can make against my team is to lead with you're flying fire type pokemon, like charizard or talonflame and expect to get an easy sweep, my answer for anyone that naive is to start with cradilly so I can set up stealthrocks, kill you with rock slide or simply let you die by you're own recoill/rocky helmet/life orb damage and just keep using recover.
Ludicolo is my special wall and made to safly switch in on any ice beams/flamethrowers, his gimick is that he has loads of recovery with leftis+gigadrain+leech seed+rain dish. Don't even bother going against this guy with a rest sleep talk suicune/mega slowbro if you only have scald has you're only attacking move.
Rotom mow is my answer to togekiss since he can't get paralized and is faster with a scarf than a scarfed togekiss.
Serperior my main special sweeper, I also gave It taunt for extra support and breloom is my physical sweeper.
Mega venusaur is my obvious mega evolution since It loses It's fire ice weakness and makes for a good mixed tank, I gave It earthquake so It can deal super efective damage against poison types and other fire threats.

What do you guys think?
